Effective Date: 10/07/2026.

At Part66 Live, we are committed to providing high-quality online aviation engineering training and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations, refunds and subscriptions.

1. Digital Services

Part66 Live provides digital products and online educational services, including:

  • Live instructor-led virtual classes
  • Recorded training videos
  • Online revision courses
  • Subscription services
  • Downloadable learning materials
  • Practice examinations
  • One-to-one tutoring sessions (where applicable)

As these are digital services, different cancellation rights may apply once access to the service has begun.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellation will prevent future subscription payments.

Your access to Part66 Live will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.

No partial refunds will normally be provided for unused time remaining within a subscription period.

3. Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase a subscription or course online, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.

However, where you request immediate access to digital content or online services and expressly agree that delivery will begin immediately, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once the digital content has been accessed or the service has commenced, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

4. Course Refunds

Refund requests will be considered where:

  • duplicate payments have been made;
  • a technical error has resulted in an incorrect charge;
  • Part66 Live cancels a course and no suitable alternative is available;
  • exceptional circumstances apply.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

5. Live Training Sessions

If Part66 Live is unable to deliver a scheduled live lesson due to instructor illness, technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to:

  • rearrange the lesson;
  • provide access to a recording (where available); or
  • offer an appropriate alternative session.

Where no suitable alternative can be provided, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

6. One-to-One Tuition

One-to-one tutoring sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling unless exceptional circumstances apply.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by law, refunds will not normally be provided for:

  • completed live training sessions;
  • downloadable digital resources;
  • recorded training videos that have already been accessed;
  • subscriptions after the billing period has commenced;
